As a result I was recognized with back-to-back PNC Chairman’s Circle of Excellence Awards for unparalleled performance, commitment to core values, and customer focus. My commitment to employee engagement and development resulted in receiving the Gallup Great Workplace Award for Achievement.I am a decisive leader known for relentlessly pursuing excellence, solving complex issues, and engaging and aligning teams in the pursuit of a common goal. I have a heart for making a difference and during my time at PNC I worked toward developing girl and women leaders, particularly in STEM-related fields, and was actively involved in mentoring programs and served as a leading voice in driving diversity and inclusion.
