Data Ingestion: Developed an Azure Durable Function pipeline for WorkSafeBC’s new Rehabilitation Services & Claims Manual (RSCM) search tool to detect new policy versions, perform structural chunking, and refresh embeddings in PostgreSQL/pgvector with optimized batching and parallel OpenAI API calls- Search Algorithm: Designed a hybrid retrieval approach combining AI embeddings, keyword matching, and metadata; implemented multi-layer vectors to enhance recall and reduce noise based on user feedback- Frontend: Contributed to the Angular-based interface, ensuring efficient data visualization and smooth integration with the Search API for real-time policy lookup.
