Having held positions across the healthcare ecosystem (e.g, providers, payers, PBM) as Nurse, Clinical Administrator and C-suite business leader, I understand what it takes to make a real difference for the clients and organizations I serve. My healthcare operations experience is both broad and deep as my professional journey has offered opportunities to lead turnarounds, consolidate and integrate teams, and set up new programs. I also led development of strategic plans, delivered sophisticated projects on-time, and optimized operating budgets and P&L. In all endeavors, I make healthcare transformation happen with compassion and a customer-centric mindset. As a people leader and colleague with a collaborative style and extensive experience managing human resources, I have been successful in galvanizing healthcare teams to embrace vision and oneness of purpose.
