There are contingent and retainer firms, there are outsourced recruitment solutions, and there are companies who have tried to do all their recruitment in house. What many of these options focus on is reducing the cost per hire and shortening the search timeframes. What they don’t stress is the art of the recruitment process. The art of “making marriages that sustain”. Although executive search looks like business (which of course it is) it’s really about people. People making life changing decisions about their careers and their lives. And, people as part of organizations making choices that can affect their businesses for years to come. Our goal and chief focus is to be that valued adviser and counselor to all parties, while addressing our clients’ need to get searches completed as quickly as possible, at a competitive price without sacrificing the quality and scope of the search process. We are known for making placements that truly do sustain. Placements who stay, grow, thrive and add enormous value at our client companies over many years.By investing the time to develop deep relationships with clients and candidates, and to understand the key players and dynamics of each situation on an intimate level, I am able to provide insights and bring a perspective developed over 25 years as a successful search professional. The greatest asset I can offer my clients is my keen sense of knowing which candidates would thrive in a specific role and the organization long term.
