ABOUT SHERRI ODONNELL

First and foremost I am a mother of three wonderful children, Sawyer, Evie and Camden. In my professional career, I worked at Unum Corp. for 18 years in varying positions and locations. I held positions in sales, customer service and IT in Portland, ME; Boston, MA and Tampa, FL. My career landed in technology, which was not the plan but has turned out to be a fantastic and fulfilling part of my journey. I\'ve worked as primarily as a Project /Program Manager, but I\'ve also led maturing of Business Analysis practices and assisting a Fortune 500 company transition from a waterfall to iterative/agile methodology for software development. I made a big transition in 2015 by leaving Unum to pursue a new adventure in the P&C insurance industry at MMG Insurance in Presque Isle, ME! I was hired to facilitate a business transformation to a new technology platform in preparation for growth. After that experience I went to work for UPC Insurance in St Pete, FL where I managed the PMO organization and assisted in implementing the Duck Creek platform for the organization, amongst incorporating project management and PMO practices for a company that did not have any internal project resources just a few short years ago. Currently I joined Majesco and made a huge leap after 24 years on the insurance carrier side to the vendor side of the equation. I am excited to learn and grow with this amazing company. I look forward to helping the company implement top quality technology and DevOps practices for our customers.
