   Launched in 2002,\"The HR Department\" was created to provide human resource services for small businesses. At the onset, requests from large household name organizations resulted in project engagements such as: strategic expertise in talent acquisition; leadership development; as well as producing a wide variety of experiential skill development workshops. Teaching services (HR workshops; SHRM Learning System credentialing exam prep course) led to developing the first in-depth Human Resource Professional Development Certificate Program delivered at Bergen Community College. In 2007, the practice transformed into Curtis Consulting Group, LLC, shifting with deep inclusion of the socially conscious passion - to support in-need talent, especially veterans and the differently-abled, in career transition. The life-purpose immersion that followed led to directing and producing a multitude of national award winning programs, events, conference workshops, training, and grant funded one and two-year initiatives. Collaborations with non-profit clients and partners such as SHRM national, SHRM affiliates, Kessler Foundation, JVS and JEVS, and Community Hope, drove creating service and education-related projects. That collaborative focus remains strong with constant partner support to co-develop solutions that serve the needs of career transitioning veterans and differently-abled.Today, through The C-Series suite of consulting, coaching, workshops, and retreats, the group exclusively serves the needs of socially conscious professionals, entrepreneurs, and organizations. Services are tailored to also support the unique needs of holistic healing professionals. With special expertise from diverse delivery partners - Greenstar Services, Finding Your Individuality, Appetites for Life, and Integrative Counseling Solutions - consultants continue to adeptly offer insights and unique solutions for clients representing a broad range of industries, services, and healing modalities.
