As an outsourced member of the International Proposals team at Bouygues Construction, I provide additional capacity and native English expertise on high-value, complex bids for critical infrastructure projects worldwide, including; bridges, tunnels, and luxury resort developments in the UK, Canada, UAE, and Africa.My role focuses on transforming technical input into clear, compelling, and compliant proposals that articulate the value proposition and support winning outcomes. I contribute by- Strategically analysing bid documents and co-developing responses with international SMEs. This involves communicating in both English and French across multiple time zones- Producing and refining persuasive, well-structured content, along with essential supporting documentation such as CVs and case studies- Actively participating in bid reviews and incorporating feedback to improve clarity, consistency, and competitiveness- Conducting thorough proofreading to ensure linguistic precision, compliance, coherence, and a professional final submission- Managing timelines and coordinating contributions to ensure all content is delivered in line with internal processes and client deadlinesWith a background in linguistics, translation, and marketing, I bring a sharp editorial eye and a strategic mindset to the bid process - ensuring submissions are not only technically accurate, but also tailored, persuasive, and aligned with client expectations in competitive global markets.
