Sherrie Duchock is a Senior EDI Specialist with over 24 years of Software/IT related experience. She has installed, managed, implemented and supported technology solutions for a variety of strategic customers in the mining, heavy building materials, manufacturing and transportation industries. Sherrie uses proven skill and technical ability to provide transportation management support and trucking software solutions to the trucking industry. For the third year in a row her company was named to the FreightTech 25 list of most innovative and disruptive companies in transportation, and the only TMS or ERP software company to make this prestigious list for 2021. Her ability to manage, install, test and train a wide range of transaction sets for large customer environments has provided EDI solutions to many of the leading transportation companies across the United States. Her experience with LTL, Truckload, Private Fleets, 3PL and Brokerage type environments has given her a knack for providing various solutions based on best recommended practice for all types of EDI business needs. As a Team Lead, Sherrie managed EDI Coordinators and Developers and was successful in cultivating a team environment with an open communication policy. She has been a resource and trainer at several of the Annual Users Conferences. Her most current position as Senior EDI Coordinator allows her to install, test and train various transaction sets on the largest and most strategic accounts that are specific to the Transportation Industry. Other common duties consist of onsite implementation and go live support, consulting on and implementing software modification requests, assisting users with the use of new features and enhancements, QA testing, defining and utilizing test case scenarios to create demonstrations for new and existing customers and creating internal and external documentation specific to EDI and their related transaction sets.
