35 years of experience in representing and assisting individuals and families with all aspects of family and matrimonial law including but not limited to divorce, custody, parent coordination, alimony, domestic violence, property division and equitable distribution, parental access and visitation, child support, same- sex relationships and family law, pre-nuptials and domestic partnership agreements. I am skilled at negotiations, neutral evaluation, litigation, mediation and collaborative law. As a consultant in matrimonial and family law, I assist attorneys nationally and world-wide. I am also available for speaking engagements concerning family and divorce law. I am a CLE educator, lectured extensively, been interviewed on radio shows across the country, appeared on television as a matrimonial legal expert and have been quoted in numerous national and local newspapers.
