Territory based in Texas and encompasses 13 states throughout the United States. Successful support of product launch at key medical institutions and Centers of Excellence. Delivered state payor presentations resulting in formulary acceptance, medical education programs and clinical trial support of newly launched product to treat epidermolysis bullosa, an ultra rare and devasting genetic skin disease. World and National major Rare Disease congress support and delivered medical poster presentations. Nominated by senior leadership to be the MSL Team Lead for a corporate compliance initiative. Served as the MSL mentor for new hire training. Took the initiative to re-design the MSL core slide deck, including new scientific evidence and statistical revisions to include RWE data in alignment with key medical strategy. Initiated and executed a Rare Disease Day pilot event in the Houston Medical Center district, collaborating with cross therapeutic MSL\'s and multidisciplinary KOL\'s attending from multiple medical institutions throughout the area, resulting in newly identified patients with previously undiagnosed rare diseases.
