I continue to lead the IBM Developer JumpStart program and have also taken on responsibility for driving IBM Extreme Blue (https://ibm.co/3djp9W2), our elite global internship program, and an incubator for top talent and emerging technology. Extreme Blue recruits the top students from universities worldwide, assembles them into mixed teams of business and technical students, and puts them to work building solutions to real challenges and customer pain points from throughout IBM\'s lines of business. Along with their working technical prototype, each team delivers a business plan for their solution, enabling their sponsors to leapfrog into new markets that might have otherwise required months of additional study and planning. It\'s an intense 12-week program, providing our interns with an experience that is unmatched in our industry.
