I troubleshoot our clients and PEOs, acting as a liaison in order to reach resolutions prior to escalation. • Partner with the Client Services leadership team members to ensure talent development and training initiative. • Provide leadership, guidance, and support by providing daily interaction, training and follow up; identify and retain qualified client services team members. • Manage new client starts process by coordinating with the Sales Development Team to ensure successful completion of transition process. • Responsible for daily direction and management of CSR’s activities; ensure that CSR’s service existing clients on a regular basis. • Provide assistance to CSR’s in resolving escalated client issues. • Maintain broker relationships. • Assist sales team with direction and approach of retention matters for existing clients. • Manage client relationships by resolving issues, communicating any changes in program parameters, providing procedure updates. • Develop interpersonal relationships with clients through routine client emails, calls and visits. • Quickly and efficiently solve client issues. • Maintained client satisfaction records, seeking new ways to improve customer service and client retention. • Review, prepare, input and verify customer requests, and monitor all time-sensitive issues.
