Sherri Look Yan is the Chief Operating Officer at Medcan Health Management Inc.(Medcan). Sherri is a recognized global leader with 25 years of experience, who is a difference maker that excels at the intersection of strategic thought leadership and transformational execution. Sherri has a diverse background in Operations, Strategy and Finance, giving her a unique and holistic perspective of business. Sherri’s last role was Senior Vice President of Global Operation at Lifeworks, a global wellbeing company. In this role she led a global team of employees and network healthcare providers. Prior to Lifeworks, she worked in Strategy at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and gained global experience in Toronto, New York, United Kingdom, Germany and Australia. Prior to that, she held various Finance key roles such as Finance Planning and Analysis Lead at The Home Depot Canada and Canada’s Finance Business Partner at The Gap Inc. Sherri is a Certified Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA). She earned her MBA from Rotman School of Management with honours, and BA in Economics with honours from University of Western Ontario.
