Lead Instructional Design strategy and implementation for DOE’s Project Management IT systems, delivering user-friendly training for complex enterprise applications. Develop eLearning, VILT, microlearning, and on-demand video courses using Articulate Storyline 360, Camtasia, Vyond, and WellSaid. Oversee full training lifecycle: intake, stakeholder needs analysis, storyboarding, development, delivery, and post-training analytics. Utilizing A.D.D.I.E. Streamline training development with a fully automated Gantt chart, managing timelines, responsibilities, and SME reviews. Onboard the VetGS Instructional Design Team and develop templates for facilitator guides, storyboards, and training checklists. Develop and deliver 12+ microlearning videos, involving research, stakeholder collaboration, script writing, storyboarding, voice-over recording, and video editing. Design and facilitate 8+ live training sessions, integrating interactive elements, and eLearning modules for hands-on practice. Conduct live system demonstrations, develop interactive polls and surveys, and edit facilitation guides to ensure optimal learning experiences. Collaborated with colleague to create post-training communication materials, such as guides and FAQs, to provide ongoing support. Enhance training materials using Canva for logo creation, page balance adjustments, and design improvements for PowerPoints and MS Word documents.
