I am a licensed clinical social worker, educator, and program leader with 15+ years of experience across education, mental health, nonprofit, community outreach, and small business ownership. My career reflects a consistent ability to develop programs, manage complex projects, train and lead teams, and build strong community partnerships.In education, I created inclusive classrooms, trained colleagues in new standards, and co-led initiatives that helped schools achieve FranklinCovey Lighthouse status. I also built extracurricular programs, supervised interns, and partnered with local professionals to give students hands-on, real-world learning experiences.In social services and law enforcement, I launched and managed a homeless outreach team, created a database tracking 800+ clients, and built partnerships across agencies to connect vulnerable populations to services. 1. Owner Therapist Program Developer

   Hive Mind Therapy

   As the owner and lead clinician of Hive Mind Therapy, I manage all aspects of private practice operations while providing trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy to individuals and families. I oversee business operations including bookkeeping, billing, insurance compliance, and licensing, in addition to designing and delivering direct clinical services.I develop customized treatment plans, provide clients with practical tools and follow-up resources, and maintain strong referral networks to ensure seamless transitions when specialized care is needed. I also design and deliver professional trainings for educators and organizations. Most recently, I created a two-hour curriculum for early childhood educators on recognizing trauma in children and regulating themselves in order to support their students.In addition to clinical work, I lead large-scale community-based projects. Following Hurricane Helene, I launched a comfort box initiative that mobilized volunteers, secured in-kind donations from businesses such as McGraw Hill and local bookstores, and distributed over 500 boxes and 1,500 comfort bags to children and families impacted by the disaster.
