About Lhakpa Sherpa

I am a full-stack developer with interest in developing customer facing software with quality UX/UI and efficient and optimized back-end services. I have experience developing mobile/web applications with technologies such as React Native, Flutter, React, Next.js, C#(.Net) in the front-end and Node.js, Express, Python and C# in the back-end. I am inspired by problems in the community building, personal growth and communication space.Besides the technical knowledge, I have customer-service and leadership experience. From the multiple lead positions I acquired during my time in SPU, I have learned to train, motivate, and influence co-workers to optimize productivity and promote growth while ensuring customer satisfaction.I am currently working as a full-time software developer at BrightArrow. I am very thrilled to be working alongside a skilled team of professionals motivated to ensure efficiency, integrity and a quality customer experience.
