Program Manager supporting Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) Maritime HQ/MOC—primarily OPNAV N0931/BUMED CHIO, Director BUMED N10H, HI, and HI Forces. Lead end-to-end program/project management and data analytics for NAVMED PRIME aligned to the Surgeon General’s Campaign Plan 2029, Executive Rudder LOEs, and Navy Medicine North Star. Charged with delivering agile, scalable, trained, and certified medical units to the Fleet, FMF, and Joint Forces. Key Responsibilities• Drive optimization and sustainment of the JOMIS suite of applications, ensuring equity across naval operational forces beyond North Star timelines.• Oversee development, training, and rollout of PARATUS and all modules (including Naval Profiling) while sunsetting legacy systems.• Foster exceptional stakeholder engagement and maintain strategic lines of communication across DHA, JOMIS PMO, Fleet, FMF, Navy/Marine leadership, and global SMEs.• Architect change management, user engagement, adoption, and deployment plans with human-centered design principles to meet OPFOR requirements.• Collaborate with Navy Medicine Readiness & Training Commands/Units (NMRTC/U) and MHS HI professionals to implement JOMIS and resolve sustainment issues in MHS GENESIS where OPMED forces are impacted.Focused on delivering transformational health-IT solutions that elevate readiness, ensure mission alignment, and strengthen Navy Medicine’s global operational posture.
