As an experienced project manager in the automotive and machining industry, I have a proven track record of delivering successful results on complex projects. My skills and competencies include project management, change management, and dealing with ambiguity while defining scope. I specialize in managing stakeholders and helping non-technical users understand project requirements and deliverables. Here are some of my notable achievements:• Led successful launch of Oracle ERP system at the Cummins Jamestown facility• Managed the Prolink software update to a cloud-based version• Developed a low VOC paint to meet NYS VOC emission regulationIn my previous role as an ERP Project Manager, I have defined and led a successful change management strategy for 500 end-users. I have also redesigned the JEP machining ERP solution to further capabilities with MES and designed and taught over 30 training sessions for end-users. Additionally, I have coached track leads and super-users on training and delivery of new material and developed SCADA/ERP screens to allow for increased efficiency in the shipping department. Furthermore, I have led the SCADA/IoT team working to define Cummins needs and goals for machining and developed WIP and FG strategies to align with plant and service part demand.Previously, as a Manufacturing/Quality Engineer and Team Manager, I led the complex install of the Prolink software upgrade across 3 machining lines and defined and executed strategies for rapid production increases. I have also increased team size from 15 to 24 while maintaining team morale and flexibility. As a Manufacturing/Paint Engineer, I led 4 major capital improvement projects in 2015 while continuing to support FPM line on daily needs. I have also designed, built, and implemented vacuum test equipment to protect the customer and save 5 million in quality defects.
