Senior Advisor, Innovation and Capabilities Development, OSD(Policy)- Led partnership between Defense Innovation Unit, Indo-Pacific Security Affairs (IPSA), and the Defense Security Cooperation Agency - launched Maritime Security Consortium, connecting U.S. industry with Southeast Asia, encouraging technology demonstrations, fielding of asymmetric and unmanned systems. Primary liaison between IPSA and industry, ensured efficiency of Consortium as specialized, supporting effort to INDOPACOM’s security cooperation goals- Co-lead for INDOPACOM’s asymmetric capabilities working group, facilitating connection of security cooperation offices (SCOs) with national strategic priorities and SCOs with industry representatives to execute strategy through acquisition of unmanned, asymmetric solutions. Consortium launch won personal mention of ASD for IPSA and OSD(Policy)- OSD(Policy) lead for development and execution of the Indo-Pacific Logistics Network, White House deliverable from the 2024 Quad Leader Summit and the Wilmington Declaration. Coordinated between U.S, Australian, Indian, and Japanese policy and operational subject matter experts to develop a pilot program to demonstrate shared airlift to support civilian response to natural disasters in the Indo-Pacific. Accomplishment noted by ASD for IPSA and OSD(Policy).
