A role with critical interface between Lubricants Supply Chain (LSC) and Sales on broad supply chain matters. Key focus in establishing structural and sustainable ways to drive strategic improvements and value delivery through our Distributor network via end to end collaboration with Lubricants Supply Chain (LSC) and both Indirect and Direct Sales teams. Custodian to Shell\'s Indirect delivery budget, as such strong governance and oversight keen to align on our spend targets. Will further develop the structures, processes and procedures necessary to ensure effective performance alignment of the appropriate Shell Distributor, sales, marketing, LSC and OTC stakeholders. Manage/understand our competitive vision via cost to serve functionality while keeping sight on external marketplace.
