I am an ambitious and dedicated individual who hopes to land a position where I have the opportunity to overcome challenges, display high levels of leadership and grow as a professional. I have 2+ years of help desk support experience in Sales, Warehouse Shipping processes, Windows applications and Microsoft Suite applications. Upon integrating my skills into the field of IT, I have gotten the opportunity to work with many individuals and help them better understand and navigate the rapidly-changing technological world. I have always had an interest in learning unique and novel technologies.
