   I’ve supported multiple physicians from our various west coast locations, managing patient health files, retrieving patient data using SQL and our electronic health record system (IDEAS) ensuring patient records are held strictly confidential (HIPAA), while maintaining and providing excellent customer service to all internal and external stakeholders via chat (Salve and Microsoft Teams), email, phone, and e-fax. • On a daily basis, I work closely and collaboratively with physicians, patients, care team (nurses and patient navigators, receptionists and our call center team).• My everyday tasks include requesting, processing, and releasing medical records to and from Patients/Providers/Healthcare Institutions, and making sure to organize and evaluate records for completeness and accuracy. Then, uploading and entering all labs (pap smear, blood work, mammo, genetic screening results) into the EMR system in a timely manner. • Aside from my role as a medical records coordinator, I’ve had the opportunity to review resumes and interview potential candidates alongside our team leads during our hiring process, assist with training and shadowing new hires.Work primarily with: Google Suite, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft teams, RingCentral, Zoom, IDEAS, EMR, Citrix
