My experience includes 10+ years in the field of mental health as a Case Manager, Special Educator, Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter. As a special educator, I have experience beyond the scope of my position that include coordinating, managing, and implementing school-wide events as well as incentive programs. During my time as a Case manager, I developed and implemented training manuals while assisting with the recruitment of new hires. As a Recruiter, I have managed a variety of ATS system, coordinated recruitment events, develop relationships with MWE/community leaders, and conducted new hire orientation.
