   As the inaugural Vice President of People and Culture, I am a senior leader focusing on the strategic alignment of people operations and community engagement with the mission, vision, and values of the Minnesota Orchestral Association. Total rewards strategies, employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, and professional development are integral to building and sustaining thriving teams in our hybrid and remote work environment. By utilizing employee pulse and engagement surveys, leaning into our values of listen, respect, and collaborate, and incorporating the principles of DEIB into the Association\'s strategic plan, I lead the People and Culture team in supporting a continuous model of improvement and refinement in our people strategy for 500 employees.
