ABOUT SHERINE BALAHA

I’m a Salesforce professional with around 5 years of experience across development, consulting, testing, and functional collaboration. I’m particularly interested in Product Owner and product-focused roles, where I can help connect business needs with technical delivery.I currently work as a Salesforce Developer at Bluecurrent, and previously worked as a Salesforce Consultant at Deloitte, contributing to Salesforce solutions across different projects. My work has mainly focused on development using Apex, automation, and platform tools, while also collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements and turn them into practical solutions. I’ve also been involved in functional discussions, testing activities, and cross-team collaboration across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and NPSP.At one point I also had the chance to coordinate a small internal project initiative, helping with planning and team collaboration to move the work forward.My path into technology actually started after a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting), when I received a scholarship from the Information Technology Institute to study Computer and Information Sciences. That opportunity opened the door for me to transition into software development and build a career that combines business understanding with technology.Earlier in my career, I worked as a full-stack developer using ASP.NET MVC, C#, SQL, and Azure, which gave me a strong foundation in backend development and data design.I enjoy working with teams, mentoring junior colleagues, and continuously learning. I’m currently preparing for the Professional Scrum Product Owner I certification from Scrum.org to further develop my product ownership and Agile product delivery skills.Looking forward to making an impact!
