I am a D2C growth leader with over a decade of experience scaling consumer brands across beauty, apparel, baby care, lifestyle, and connected devices. My experience spans digital and performance marketing, customer acquisition and retention, international expansion, and marketplace strategy. I combine strong analytical thinking with a deep understanding of consumer behavior, teams, and decision-making in fast-moving environments.Currently, as Chief Growth Officer at Conscious Chemist, I am focused on building a youth-centric, concern-first, problem-solving beauty and personal care brand. My mandate is to scale a CM3-positive business while balancing growth, profitability, and long-term brand trust. This requires working through ambiguity daily, adapting quickly to shifts in consumer needs and platforms, and making clear trade-offs without losing sight of purpose or product integrity.Previously, I helped scale DaMensch into one of India’s leading digital-first apparel brands, contributing to rapid e-commerce growth and a successful Series B raise. Earlier at Xiaomi, I built strong foundations in category management, retail operations, and omnichannel expansion, helping scale lifestyle and IoT products to millions of consumers. Across roles, I rely on critical thinking and first-principles analysis rather than fixed playbooks, especially when data is incomplete or the path forward is not obvious.Alongside growth execution, I work closely with founders and investors on narrative, alignment, and confidence. I build investor decks, data rooms, and reporting systems that connect performance with long-term potential and credibility. With an MBA from IIM Calcutta and a Master’s in International Business from Sweden, I bring financial rigor together with emotional depth as a leader, aiming to create clarity, trust, and sound judgment in complex, high-stakes situations.
