The program deepened my understanding of how to build strengths-based cultures rooted in trust, accountability, and authentic connection.While I’m not actively delivering official e2Grow programs today, I continue to apply many of their proven tools and insights in my own workshops and coaching — helping entrepreneurs, leaders, and sales teams use their strengths to improve performance, engagement, and wellbeing.This experience strengthened what I believe at my core: when people truly understand how they work best — and are equipped to apply that daily — both fulfillment and results rise.
