   I serve as Events Coordinator for the Seed Company. Being invited to join this mission in this position, has been the greatest joy of my life. I am beyond blessed.My responsibilities include:• Alongside Investor Relations, coordinate all facets of Tier 2 events, preparing invitations, tracking reservations using salesforce, securing and overseeing catering, preparing working schedules, and overseeing presentations. Serve as on-site contact to ensure smooth execution of events. Research, purchase, and prepare gifts for annual events. Maintain inventory of all event supplies. Prepare shipment of event items to each venue and back. Secure and supervise private outings at annual events. Research and suggest destinations for future events of all sizes. Assist with bi-annual company meetings for 350 + attendees; tracking and fulfilling all movements of guest room block, meal functions, meetings, and audio-visual.I also served illumiNations, an alliance of eleven Bible Translation Agencies that pursue the great commission by working boldly to bring God\'s word to the bibleless. These were my responsibilities included: Serve as project manager for all collateral, scripting, video, and email campaigns using Monday.com. Partner with internal stakeholders and exterior vendors to ensure timelines are met. Enter and maintain all program details for the website and app. Organize and direct fulfillment of all mailings. Supervise a team of individuals who prepare gifts and on-site needs during the annual gatherings. Responsible for maintaining inventory located in three storage areas. Inventory includes gifts, collateral, office supplies, and marketing pieces. Coordinate inventory, ship, and account for all supplies sent to the annual gathering site and return to the office. Account for any lost or damaged items. Make recommendations on Visa applications submitted by international speakers and guests.
