Imaging Lab head:• Managing and planning the day-to-day activities of a 3 members team.• Preparing technical documentation, including specifications, reports, and presentations, effectively communicating project progress, results, and recommendations.• Developing Radiography and Tomography based Phenotyping and image analysis tools and perform functional and unit testing.• Working closely with clients to understand their requirements, address technical challenges, and deliver solutions that meet their needs.• Building detection and classification models, as well as performing feature engineering, pre-processing, transfer learning, and fine-tuning of pre-trained models.• Supervising an MSc internship for developing an AI-based phenotyping system.Tools: MATLAB, Python, C#, C++, EMGU, OpenCV, Deep learning, Tensorflow, Keras, RStudio, IBM SPSS, Avizo.
