SUMMARY: I am leading global category management for electronics & electrical assemblies, and other categories, driving long-term sourcing strategies and supplier partnerships across multiple Geo-zones. My role focuses on negotiating and executing global agreements with strategic business partners while ensuring alignment with corporate supply chain objectives.A significant part of my work involves optimizing cost and mitigating inflationary pressures. By moving spend to best cost countries (BCC) and improving payment terms, I have generated over $6M in annual savings and strengthened working capital performance.In collaboration with senior leadership and global stakeholders, I drive supplier performance, risk mitigation, and total cost of ownership (TCO) improvements. This includes leveraging value engineering, contract compliance, and sourcing analytics to support operational excellence and long-term competitiveness.I am proud to contribute to Weatherford’s transformation efforts by building resilient supply chains, executing global sourcing agreements, and delivering measurable business impact.
