ABOUT SHERIE ROYSTER

With over seven years of experience in admissions and recruitment, I am passionate about connecting people with the right opportunities in the healthcare field. As a recruiter at UNC Health, I work with a diverse team of professionals to attract, engage, and hire qualified candidates for various roles in the organization. I use my communication, social networking, and administration skills to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners. I also support the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, policies, and procedures that align with UNC Health\'s mission and values. Previously, I was an admissions specialist and counselor at North Carolina Central University, where I helped prospective students navigate the application and enrollment process, and promoted the university\'s academic programs and services. I have a bachelor\'s degree in journalism and mass communications from North Carolina A&T State University, and I am committed to continuous learning and professional development.
