From 2002 to 2022, Sheridan and EnergyPoint focused on the sale of data collected through independent customer satisfaction surveys on oilfield service companies. Due in part to new regulations and laws that have complicated this process, we have ceased publishing and selling this data as of the end of 2022.Today, EnergyPoint and Sheridan are entirely self-funded. Moreover, neither EnergyPoint nor Sheridan have ever received payment in any form from any entity—within or related to the energy industry, or any other industry—to write or publish content of any kind on Linkedln or any other platform or publication.As of 2023, our mission is to provide informed and good-faith insight, information and analysis about critical developments in the global energy sector.
