HR leadership role and member of the London Executive Committee responsible for the HR Function for BBVA Corporate & Investment Bank across Europe, Middle East and Russia.* Member of the Global HR Executive Committee actively involved in change management and leading the Bank’s transformation towards a more agile and globally integrated organization.* Providing Strategic advice and full HR coverage to Senior Business Heads and their direct reports including each Country Manager across the region.* Developing effective working relationships, influencing and challenging the senior management team on their personal style and the development and delivery of their people plans in support of the achievement of the business area needs and HR strategies.* Partnering with specialist centres of excellence i.e. recruitment, learning & development, Compensation to ensure effective delivery of resourcing, learning plans, performance, engagement plans and pay reviews.* Responsible in region for governance and regulation compliance eg. remuneration regulatory changes (CRDIV), SMCR, GDPR.* Project led closure of businesses across the region including rep offices and retail branches.* Deep understanding of local HR practices and legislation within region.* Lead regional HR Teams in the development of best practices and implementation of local and group policies, procedures and strategic HR Projects.* Managing the expatriate process in the region in partnership with the Global Mobility team: relocation packages, temporary accommodation, allowances and relocation payments, immigration issues and others.* Managing terminations, grievance procedures, employment tribunals,immigration(visas & sponsorships), graduate & internship programmes.* Lead employee relations and investigations within the region to ensure appropriate outcomes are reached.* Representing the bank in Regulatory Compliance on Conduct across the region including the design and delivery of conduct workshops.
