Built a modern and agile human resources department to support significant growth. Oversees all the Human Resources, Communications, Legal, Policy, Risk/Audit and IT departments. Significant accomplishments while in the role include, but are not limited to: • Transformed the reputation, output and purpose of the HR department, which in turn, stimulated the growth of a positive company culture. • Selected new HR/HRIS/Payroll/Benefits. Transitioned from ADP and successfully implemented and stabilized Ultimate Software/UKG in less than a 12-month time period. • Moved the benefits program from a fully funded model to a self-funded model. Created and implemented an aggressive wellness strategy that led to a reduction in premiums by more than 70-100% on most plans and a cost savings of more than $8 million dollars. • Selected a new 401(k) broker and recordkeeper and significantly reduced fees and expenses to both employees and the plan. • Implemented and stabilized new talent, onboarding, I-9, training and performance management systems. • Created and implemented a companywide compensation and incentive strategy. • Reduced turnover YOY (averaged more than 4% per year reduction). • Reduced legal claims by over 90% and achieved legal savings of approximately $1 million in less than three years. • Implemented robust safety program. Reduced worker’s compensation claims and obtained a reduction of premiums by 50%. • Head of the Crisis Management team. • Led the shared services transition plan during and after the sale of Alliance’s management company. Planned and executed the transition of the entire HR department and more than employees to the new buyer in a 45-day time period. • Took over all IT responsibilities in July 2020 and built a new IT department. Created and implemented a new Microsoft O365 environment. Spearheaded and implemented all cybersecurity efforts and products. • Led Company’s ESG programs and initiatives.
