The University Internship & Experiential Learning Manager of The Smith Institute for Research, Career Development, and Postgraduate Readiness (SIRCDPgR) is a vital role in the implementation of ongoing strategic and student success-related initiatives. Under the leadership of the Assistant Director of TheSmith Institute for Research (SIRCDPgR), the University Internship & Experiential Learning Manager is responsible for managing all career development activities and programs that will support all students. The Manager presents outreach programming and workshops to students in classroom settings, residence halls, and student organizations. As a main student-facing resource, the Manager will be a visible, accessible, and energetic member of the SIRCDPgR Career Services team. With a strong focus on connecting students with internships, post-graduate, and other experiential learning opportunities as outlined in The Golden(en) Blueprint strategic plan and outcomes. The Manager will report to and assist the Assistant Director of The Smith Institute for Research, Career Development, and Postgraduate Readiness (SIRCDPgR) as a liaison between career services, academic advising, new student programs, and faculty advisers.
