ABOUT SHERICE RIVAS

Corporate Risk Manager with a passion for governance, compliance, and building inclusive cultures that drive organizational success. I serve on the Superior Women in Construction (SWiC) Steering Committee, where I help shape strategy, develop governance structures, and lead initiatives that empower women in the construction industry.My experience includes organizing mentorship programs, facilitating leadership trainings, and speaking at industry events to advance diversity and workforce development. I also chair the Mandarin High School Business Academy, connecting students to real-world career opportunities and fostering the next generation of leaders.Previously, I served as a board member for the Peace and Conciliation Project, creating educational and therapeutic programs to address systemic inequities and promote constructive dialogue.
