   Manage team that is responsible to source, bid, purchase, track, build, and ship several concurrent projects. Team has high success rate of delivering on schedule and on budget. Increased sales from $5MM to $22MM (2017 to 2018), tracking 2019 to $30MM. Team won and manages SKO (Sets, Kits and Outfits) IDIQ contract with the Army. Team won and manages Med Repair IDIQ contract with the Army. Team won and manages IDIQ contract for initial outfitting of medical supplies to the US Navy’s new vessels, achieving the highest fill rate recorded, 97% vs. 83% prior to sailing. Team is part of an MTO (made to order) contract with the DLA (Defense Logistics Agency), through the Ability One program, which uses visually impaired employees to build kits for the different DoD branches. Team supports IO & T (initial outfitting and transition) companies by providing medical equipment, warranties, and coordinating installation in the hospitals. Managed humanitarian effort project, sending 1M hygiene kits to refugees in the Middle East, through the DLA. Met deadline with 99% fill rate. Team constantly manages urgent requests with tight delivery windows as emergencies occur (natural and man-made).
