Serve as Board Director, Mentor Programs Committee Chair and Executive Program Leader for Restaurant/Foodservice Industry-focused nonprofit (501c3) GLEAM Network, born out of significant need after the Industry was hard hit by the COVID pandemic. We have recruited over 250 Industry Execs/Leaders who volunteer as mentors and we have served over 300 mentees (Culinary/Restaurant Mgmt Program Students, Emerging Leaders, and Emerging Executives) with our structured, 1:1 mentor programs. Our programs run for 6-months and college terms, supported by an all-volunteer organization.
