By partnering with leaders, supporting teams, and ensuring that every People & Culture interaction reflects our values and commitment to a strong workplace culture.From recruitment through onboarding, development, and beyond, I work to ensure that each co-worker feels welcomed, supported, and empowered. I collaborate closely with unit leaders and the Market Area team to find and grow the right talent. Those individuals who not only bring skills to the table but also align with our culture and values.Much of my work involves balancing both the strategic and human sides of HR. I manage day-to-day People operations while always keeping an eye on the bigger picture: how our policies, coaching, and people practices contribute to a healthy, high-performing environment. Whether navigating employee relations, planning our co-worker needs, or facilitating wellbeing initiatives, I aim to create spaces where people feel heard, respected, and engaged.What drives me most is the belief that culture doesn’t happen by accident, it’s created through every conversation, decision, and moment of support. I take pride in being a trusted partner, a steady advocate for employee wellbeing, and someone who helps turn workplace values into daily reality.
