   Chief Program Officer manages a suite of ~20 AmeriCorps programs nationally. This position focuses on design, implementation, and continuous improvement for evidence based programs in Education, Climate, and Healthy Futures. The Chief Program Officer sets the strategy, infrastructure, and systems for recruiting up AmeriCorps members annually, supporting ~1200 site partnerships across 10 states, and supervising a department of ~180 staff. The CPO brings a systems lens to cross functional and inter-agency work.
