About Sherel Ryan Beslanovitz
I solve problems: big problems, small problems, strategic corporate problems, small-business problems and military human capital management problems. Most importantly though, I enjoy solving problems that help people move forward toward their goals in life. Supported by more than 20 years of experience in the military and business space, I’ve led large and small groups, and individual contributors to align mission critical objectives by providing a vision for their future state. This was a regular occurrence in military units and executive level staffs in order to innovate, create effective and efficient processes and drive business operations to achieve the mission. In business, this skill has been essential for increasing revenue, meeting strategic goals and taking care of an organizations most important asset- their people. Near and dear to my heart is helping Deafblind people work through life\'s every day challenges. I make time to volunteer with local non-profit organizations in their efforts to create roadmaps of life for independent living and a sense of added value to the community. I’m an advocate for Deafblind people\'s equal rights, and often find myself educating and facilitating effective communication between the hearing and Deafblind community to enable Deafblind independent living.
