I’m a Customer Experience Manager at Kaseware, focused on helping customers get real value from complex technology by improving the experience from onboarding through long-term use.I’ve spent the last 14 years in customer-facing roles across consulting, sales, and customer success. I started at Accenture, where I built a strong foundation in understanding complex systems and aligning stakeholders, and have since worked in SaaS helping customers adopt and optimize platforms.What I enjoy most is understanding how customers actually work, identifying where things aren’t clicking, and helping simplify that experience.At Kaseware, I’m excited to be part of a team building a more proactive and scalable approach to customer experience, while supporting organizations doing meaningful work.
