I am an experienced lawyer and business owner, specialising in real estate transactions - helping legal teams, businesses and lenders to get deals done. Whilst I have a broad-based practice, I work predominantly within the retail, F&B and hospitality sectors. As a consultant solicitor, I lead a specialist property team within Gunnercooke and Haddletons – and work closely with a wider team of trusted consultants (banking, corporate, planning etc) who operate with an identical ethos to me. Working as a consultant solicitor is a relatively modern approach to legal services, but one which brings huge benefits for me and my clients. I am able to work closely with clients to truly understand their business and build long term partnerships - and to ultimately become an extension to their internal team.Having worked at a top 10 global law firm and in house at one of the UK’s biggest online retailers, I understand the pressures of working within a fast-paced business environment and of reporting and delivering to internal and external stakeholders. This enables me to give truly pragmatic and commercial advice to my clients.
