Wetlands Watch, Chesapeake Conservation Landscaping Council, UMD Sea Grant Extension, and VA Department of Game and Inland Fisheries Habitat Partners formed a consortium, organized experts and practitioners within the Chesapeake Bay Region developed, piloted, and are now administering and expanding a credentialing program and system, building a network of consistently trained and motivate landscape and green infrastructure practitioners to be better watershed restoration/stormwater partners - qualified to properly design, install and maintain sustainable landscapes and green infrastructure-type stormwater best management practices BMP. I am the Virginia coordinator and Wetlands Watch CBLP Consortium representative.
