About Sheree Haggan

Sheree Haggan (she/her) is an equity strategist and Advisory Board member for the world’s largest professional LGBT* organization, Lesbians Who Tech + Allies. Her approach to creating inclusive workplaces is human-centered and data driven. She anchors to accessibility and the belief that all people should be given the same opportunities to be successful. Her passion is in analyzing systems and identifying and creatively solutioning for parity across the employee lifecycle and company products. As a multi-racial (Black, Hispanic, Indigenous), lesbian woman, Sheree has an intersectional lens to understand the personal impact of exclusion as well as the potential that lies within inclusion. She couples this lens of understanding with over a decade of expertise gained working across mental health, communication, academia, and the tech industry. Sheree’s skillset is versatile. Her experience working at major tech companies like Google and consulting with small and medium sized businesses across the world allow her the skills necessary to not only create new programs that scale, but iterate and improve deeply rooted and established systems.
