About Sheraya Fulton
I started my career in Communications, and the principles have stayed with me as a cornerstone to my philosophy for managing and working on cross-functional teams. I believe teams and companies work best when members are focused on a common goal and stakeholders are aligned with that goal. I work to build relationships through listening to what isn’t said, being assertive to resolve issues, and using multiple tools to communicate with different types of people. I\'m excited to be with Monumetric, a growing ad-technology company; where I\'m serving as the VP of Operations. I am most passionate about creating tools and systems to foster collaboration and communication between teams. Previously, I served as a project manager. It has served me well to diversify my knowledge of management methodologies so I can bring the right tool to the table in each different type of situation. I am a Certified ScrumMaster, and regularly use Agile principles from Kanban, Scrum, and others. I’m also trained in Waterfall methodologies, and am PMP Certified from PMI. I enjoy fully utilizing tools to help with productivity and communication- and am an experienced Admin in JIRA, Confluence, Service Desk, and Salesforce; am well versed with common PM tools- Asana, Basecamp, MS Project, Visio, etc. I make it a priority to increase my skills and knowledge in these areas, and appreciate an employer who supports growth opportunities as well. Passion projects at work usually involve improving processes or creating materials to make life easier on the next person to encounter a similar issue. Since I completed my MBA, I have been drawn to melding process improvement with strategic vision. I like when my work and efforts have a wide beneficial reach and impact.
