   As the Office Manager and Team Assistant at Béis, I serve as a strategic connector between culture, creativity, and operations, supporting cross-functional teams from Marketing and Design through our C-Suite. I oversee the daily rhythm of the office, ensuring seamless operations while intentionally cultivating an environment that is inspiring, thoughtful, and deeply aligned with the Béis brand.I partner closely with the Marketing team, particularly across PR and gifting initiatives, and provide on-site operational leadership for large-scale marketing activations and brand events - acting as a key point of support to ensure teams are fully resourced, organized, and empowered to execute flawlessly.Beyond the office, I support Béis functions, off-sites, and company-wide events, helping bring our brand to life through meaningful team experiences that strengthen connection and culture. I also provide support to co-founder Shay Mitchell and Matte Babel, including weekend support as needed, ensuring continuity, discretion, and excellence at the highest level.Known as a trusted partner to leadership and teams alike, I transform ideas into impact by anticipating needs, elevating experiences, and executing with precision.
