As the Vice President of Total Rewards and HR Operations at Reliance Matrix, I oversee a dedicated team of 13 professionals responsible for the comprehensive management of compensation, benefits, HR operations and HR systems for a workforce exceeding 2,700 employees throughout the United States.During my tenure at Reliance Matrix I have demonstrated a consistent track record of successfully driving forward numerous pivotal HR and digital transformation initiatives.
