Supported customers with strategizing on how best to utilize products and expand territory. Training new and existing customers on our equipment and software. In addition, I was a Director for our Ignition Interlock division in the East. Responsible for hiring and developing our business development team. In 2013 as a District Manager for Alcolock, reduced cost by 22% by implementing cost accountability systems. Developed and fostered relationships with hundreds of new installation centers. Ensured customer service standards were met or exceeded. Increased market share by 12%.In 2002 started Buckeye Auto Glass. Averaged 18% increase in revenue over 11 years. Managed and supported the growth through implementation of company values and goals. Establishing a strong presence in the community by providing exceptional customer service through our experienced staff and commitment to excellence.
