With an Open Philanthropy grant, I lead a nine person team running certifiable fellowships in ways to have impact on the world, aiming to help university students use their careers for good. I run sessions on topics such as international development, AI Safety, Animal Welfare, Nuclear Safety, Biosecurity, as well as theory, such as rationality and decision theory. I manage this team to host other events, such as external speakers from other charities and universities, and helped introduce an AI Safety specific program.
